VIP hall reservation of the Hall for Official Delegations in airport “Boryspil” is available for high-ranking person and official delegations, as well as persons, according to approved decrees of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dd 03.04.1993 # 243 and dd 18.01.2003g. № 62 “On measures regulating the activities of checkpoint across Ukraine state border at “Borispol airport.” Range of services provided to passengers in the Hall for Official Delegations include: • passenger meeting and boarding on an aircraft by qualified aviation service specialist with knowledge of foreign languages; • Transportation of passengers by special transport to / from aircraft; • Unloading, delivery and loading of baggage and hand luggage to / from the passengers’ vehicle; • Luggage packing; • Connection, fax, copier services; • Pre-declared vehicles placement for a period of customer service on the forecourt of HOD Terminal; • Providing separate rooms while waiting for the flight; • Long distance phone connection, fax, copier, Internet access; • Passport control and customs control will be passed through specially equipped posts, organization of ticket and baggage registration; • waiting for luggage after arriving in separate “Arrival” hall and passage of customs control after baggage receipt. Cost of the Hall for Official Delegations Borspol Airport services: The cost of services provided for passengers in Hall for Official Delegations: For a single person – eq USD 90.00 including VAT. Services for children up to 2 y.o. accompanied by their parents, are free (bar service not available). Children from 2 to 12 y.o. accompanied by adults are served by 50% discount of service price (bar service included). Warning: The maintenance of children who fly / arrive unaccompanied, discount is not available. If the passenger service interrupts through to reason irrespective from “BorispolAirport” service department and, if the customer in time, not later than one hour before the scheduled arrival of the flight have not canceled the order, he is charged fee in the amount of 50% of the total service cost. Please note: The passengers of the following air company could not be served in the Hall for Official Delegations: – British Airways; – Air France; – El-Al Israel Airlines; – Lufthansa (except for passengers with electronic tickets).
