– Meeting passengers in VIP sector;
– Providing Waiting Rooms;
– Organization of customs control, passport control, baggage safety control passage by passengers;
– Check-in passengers tickets;
– Passengers delivery with their baggage and/or hand-baggage to the ramp of the aircraft, as well as loading baggage onto aircraft;
– VIP-passenger service starts from registration of flight specified on the ticket, and ends 30 minutes before departure of aircraft.
Tea, coffee, mineral water, juice are included in the price of VIP services.
Cost:
- For one passenger on international flights (arrival / departure) eq USD 0.00, including VAT.
- For one passenger local flights (arrival / departure): eq USD 0.00, including VAT.
- Children up to 5 y.o. free of charge.
Additional services (paid separately)
– Providing comfortable rooms for meetings, conferences and negotiations;
– Providing accompanied persons with VIP waiting room;.
– Transfer to Donetsk;
– Passengers’ luggage delivery to Donetsk;
– Bar service (according to bar menu);
– Communication services: phone, fax, internet.
Cost of additional services:
– Cost of service for accompanied person – UAH 100, including VAT;
– Conference hall rent (per hour) – UAH 550, including VAT;
– Baggage weighing up to 20kg is free of charge. Baggage in excess of this provision, is to be paid by number of seats – 100 UAH for one luggage, including VAT.
